Here's a recording of an interview with Emma Burns talking about her amazing work with the NZ Police: https://www.facebook.com/ayse.adil/videos/10220087007658170/UzpfSTEwMDAwNTg3NzYxMDA4NToxNDEzODQ2NTk4ODIxMjQ3/
I would strongly recommend this book. It is the first book I read when I knew I was going to be moving into the family harm space, and I found it extremely simple and practical. I have used much of this not only in my own words but also in encouraging police how to engage in a different way with families. https://www.bookdepository.com/Working-with-Violence-Confrontation-Using-Solution-Focused-Approaches-Judith-Milner/9781785920554
